Robert E. Smolen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College in 2013 and graduated with Honors from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2024.
He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
For more than twenty years, Robert has also worked for the Federal Aviation Administration, where precision, responsibility, and calm decision-making are critical every day. That same steady and thoughtful approach carries into his legal practice.
Robert’s path to becoming an attorney was deeply personal. As a parent who spent years advocating for his own child in the educational system, he understands firsthand how overwhelming legal and educational challenges can feel for families.
